Sometimes when you invite friends over for lunch or dinner the last minute it can be very difficult to find a quick solutions for dessert. Well, worry no more because this recipe is here to save you! Tiramisu is one of my favourite recipes and this one i definitely a winner. Very easy to make, no fuss, no bake and extremely quick. I will definitely be making it again soon, especially now that it’s warm outside and I don’t really want to keep the oven on for too long!

A volte, quando si invitano gli amici a pranzo o a cena all’ultimo minuto, può essere molto difficile trovare una soluzione veloce per il dessert. Beh, non preoccupatevi più perché questa ricetta è qui per salvarvi! Il Tiramisu è una delle mie ricette preferite e questa qui è stata un successo. Molto facile da fare, senza cottura ed estremamente rapida. La rifarò sicuramente molto presto, soprattutto ora che fuori fà caldo e non voglio davvero tenere il forno acceso per troppo tempo!

INGREDIENTS/INGREDIENTI

  • 400/500 gr ORO SAIWA biscuits – biscotti ORO SAIWA
  • 120 gr  sugar – zucchero
  • 3 eggs – uova
  • 500 gr mascarpone
  • coffe as much as needed – caffe’ q.b.
  • cocoa powder as much as needed – cacao in polvere q.b.

Mix the yolks with half the sugar until you have a creamy, white mixture. In another bowl whip the eggs’ whites and then add them to the mascarpone (whip it up a little beforehand so its soft and creamy) a little at a time. Add a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar. Then mix the yolks with the mascarpone mixture gently until it’s homogeneous.

Mescolare i tuorli con metà dello zucchero fino ad ottenere un impasto cremoso e bianco. In un’altra ciotola montare i bianchi a neve e poi aggiungerli al mascarpone (mescolarlo un po ‘in anticipo così risulterà morbido e cremoso) un po’ alla volta. Aggiungere un pizzico di sale e lo zucchero restante. Mescolate i tuorli con il mascarpone e i bianchi delicatamente fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.

Prepare the coffee and mix it with a drop of Marsala Wine.

Preparate il caffe e aggiungeteci una goccia di Marsala.

Lastly soak the biscuits in the coffee and place them in a container. Have a layer of biscuits and a layer of cream and so on. Then sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top and let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Infine inzuppate i biscotti e riponeteli in una terrina. Uno strato di biscotti, uno di crema e cosi via. Infine spolverate con un po di polvere di cacao e lasciate riposare un paio d’ore in frigo.

    Lovely recipe Ely – I just posted a version without the sugar but with extra dark chocolate, so it was great to see an alternate recipe – it looks amazing!
