300g of flour – 300g di farina
100g + 150g of sugar – 100g +150g di zucchero
100g melted butter – 100g burro sciolto
1 egg – 1 uovo
Vanilla extract – Vanilina
1 sachet of baking powder (approx. 16g) – 1 bustina di lievito
150g of dark chocolate – 150g di cioccolato fondente
450-500g of ricotta cheese – 450-500g di ricotta
a pinch of salt – un pizzico di sale
Melt the butter. Then mix it with the flour, 100g of sugar, the egg, vanilla extract, baking powder and a pinch of salt until you have a crumble mixture. Mix with your hands for a better result.
Sciogliere il burro e mescolarlo con la farina, i 100g di zucchero, l’uovo, l’estratto di vaniglia, il lievito ed un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere un impasto bricioloso (lavorate il tutto con le mani per un risultate migliore).
Cut the chocolate into chuncks and then mix it with the ricotta and the remaining sugar until it’s all well blended.
Tagliate il cioccolato a pezzetti ed impastatelo con la ricotta e lo zucchero.
Grease a baking pan with some butter and flour then pour a little more than half the crumble mixture on it. Lay out the ricotta mixture on the crumbles and then cover it with the remaining crumble mixture. Bake in the oven at 180°C until the crumbles golden for about 30 mins. Once ready let it cool for a few hours and then enjoy!
Imburrate una tortiera con burro e un pò di farina. Disponetevi poco più della metà dell’impasto bricioloso e poi ricopritelo con la crema di ricotta e le restanti briciole. Infornate a 180°C per un 30 minuti fino a quando le briciole saranno dorate. A fine cottura lasciar riposare per qualche ora e poi assaporare!
